At Vaastram India, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 1 Day of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Products purchased during special sales or clearance offers may not be eligible for return.

Important Notice:

To ensure a smooth return/refund process,  Must record a unboxing video while opening your parcel and also click a image on damaged side.Then share on our whatsapp.

The video is required for claims related to:
- Damaged products
- Wrong items received
- Missing items
- Defective product  

This helps us verify issues faster in case of:
- Damage
- Missing product
- Wrong item received

Without a proper unboxing video, return or refund requests for these issues may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or altered products
  • Damaged products caused by customer misuse

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked for bank account details for refund processing.
